Secure Base Counseling Center

Terri Houndt-Dalberg  is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner and a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She graduated from St. Catherine's University with her Bachelors in Nursing and graduated from Walden University in 2021 with her Masters in nursing.

Terri was a previous intern at Secure Base Counseling, and has 16 years of prior nursing experience. As a registered nurse she has experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, Community Health, Military Community, Home Health, and Mental Health.

Terri's areas of special interest are ADHD, Anxiety, Autism, Depression, Maternal mental health, PANS/PANDAS, and Veteran mental health.

​

Terri believes in client centered care, with the goal of treatment being to meet the clients mental health needs and goals. As a medication provider she works to help clients and their families feel empowered and educated while making medical and mental health care decisions. She practices using a holistic approach while working with clients to find balance and wellness. She believes your voice and views as a client matter, Terri is here to support you!
